This small home is for a young family on a very tight budget. Simple construction methods, local materials, and the owner’s own labour will offset the cost of large windows and other ‘non-standard’ elements. From its site on a hillside above Jordan River, the home’s central living area opens south to ocean views and north to a private garden.
