This waterfront home is located just outside Sooke BC in a former gravel quarry. A cluster of linked volumes is arranged to shelter an entry court and front garden from prevailing westerly winds. The shingled volumes house sleeping, storage and utility areas, while the glassy link contains an open living zone with views to the strait of Juan de Fuca.
