Residential Care for Younger Adults

This UBC student project proposes a new kind of housing for younger adults in residential care. Student housing and an existing church, daycare, and community garden are combined with residential care to create an environment specially suited to younger people - one built around lively communal space, peer-group social interaction, access to on-site therapeutic amenities, and contact with the healing effects of nature.
